The Council About Parochiaid is a coalition of child advocacy, civil rights and education groups supporting the constitutional guarantee of a free public education for all Michigan children.
CAP opposes the removal of Michigan's constitutional ban on parochiaid and the creation of voucher or tuition tax credit programs.
